What happens if you get a big package that doesn't fit in the wee box? Is there a desk you can go to pick it up?
Yes, you get a card in your box and then you go to the adjacent office (closed for an hour over lunch, which, inconveniently enough, is when I usually check for mail) and trade the card for your parcel.
